Baby Book Illustration
While I was working at Disney, a group of coworkers and I collaborated on a handmade baby book for two teammates who were expecting. Everyone picked a different Disney character to illustrate. I chose Dug because I thought painting all that fluffy fur would be fun, and because living with a dog has made me pretty familiar with the goofy expressions and personality that make Dug so lovable.

Animation
This animation was created for my graduation project at Peking University in 2012. The project centered on EcoFood, a mobile application I designed to encourage healthier eating habits and promote a more sustainable lifestyle.
To demonstrate the end-to-end user experience, I produced an animated video illustrating key user scenarios, including creating a grocery shopping plan, shopping for food, and tracking food expiration dates within the EcoFood app.
My responsibilities included:
Defining user scenarios and user flows
Creating wireframes and the visual interface design
Developing storyboards for the animation
Producing the motion graphics and animations
Recording and editing the voice-over narration
This project allowed me to combine UX design, visual design, storytelling, and motion design to communicate the product vision and user experience in a compelling way.

Childhood snacks
During COVID, I couldn't travel back home to China, so I illustrated some of my favorite childhood snacks in Procreate. They recharged me physically when I was a kid and mentally during COVID.
